TEST 14.
        Mr. and Mrs. Martin live in the suburbs of New York. Mr. Martin is a doctor and has his office in New York. Mrs. martin teaches music at a school in New York.
        They have two sons. Their sons; names are Ted and Roy.
        Ted is twenty years old. He is now in Taiwan. He is studying Chinese literature. He went to Taiwan last month and is going to stay there for two years.
        Roy is thirteen years old. He goes to high school. He likes sports very much. He likes swimming best. He can swim faster than his father. He wants to be the fastest swimmer in his school.

TEST 15.
        Tom Brown is my American friend. His home town is in Michigan. But he is now visiting Taiwan with his father.He is very interested in Taiwan. He likes Chinese food. Last Sunday Tom and his father visited my home and stayed with us for the night. They liked our dinner. They want me to visit their home in the States, and I hope to do so.

TEST 16.
        Sunday, Oct. 7. Fine.
        I got up at seven. After breakfast my brother and I went to the barber's. After lunch we went to our aunt's. She lives in the country. We got to the station in time for the train. It was about an hour's ride. Aunt was feeding the chickens. We helped her. She gave us ten fine eggs. I liked to visit her.
