About Time Tunnel
這是一家沒有招牌的愛情酒店，但是來過的人都知道，酒店的名字叫做「時光隧道」。
人們在來到酒店之前，常會對這樣的名字感到一股子輕諷，以為不過是商人想要引人注目的噱頭而已。但是踏出酒店之後，從來沒有一個人懷疑酒店為什麼會娶這個名字。
這家愛情酒店位在日本東京，在這個以色情產業為傲的國家裡，當純粹肉體的歡愉與折磨技巧已經山窮水盡之後，終於有人開始思考，現在人需要的是否不再只是一時的感官刺激，而是一些雋永的、精神的、卻又帶點現實中無法滿足的遺憾？
於是在販賣肉體與愛情之後，商人開始販賣記憶。
什麼樣的記憶？
悲傷的記憶。
因為人們總是很輕易就遺忘或忽略了快樂的記憶，他們在活著的時候，只會緬懷著那些曾經得不到、那些曾經埋下深深遺憾與往事的記憶。
悲傷的記憶，不一定會讓人覺得痛苦；快樂的回憶，也不一定就真的會讓人覺得快樂。因為悲傷的記憶能讓他們更珍惜現實，又或許，只是他們放不下，便任由它一直這麼悲傷，保持著一份神祕又失落的美感；而快樂的回憶，卻往往只是更讓他們感嘆，為何今不如昔？
有人能在憶起快樂往事的時候真正露出會心的微笑嗎？
也許會，但那一定是在很久、很久以後吧。
因為它不夠深刻、不夠傷人。它在你心中如同糖果一樣甜美，但是甜味卻並不是最能禁久的滋味。
人們總是記得第一次初嘗苦味而落下的心痛淚水——鹹的，淡淡的鹹，卻讓你刻骨銘心，永遠記住那個滋味。
悲劇一直是古代希臘戲劇傳統。
希臘人相信悲劇能洗滌人的靈魂，那隨著劇中人物情境而落的眼淚，洗去了自己靈魂的污穢，讓人性變得更洗鍊並接近完美。
因為有悲傷，你才會開始沈思。
然後找到自己的傷口，再次去檢視自己當年受傷的原因。
儘管那傷口可能很恐怖，或是從沒癒合過，仍舊流著哀痛的血水，但至少，這次它終於被注意到了，並將會得到一個被治癒的機會。
被清靜的淚水洗滌乾淨，然後痊癒。

有沒有人跟貝貝一樣，邊看邊哭邊笑?
煎熬了三個月的Susan，終於壓抑不住內心的澎湃，
回日本向Mie告白。
回國三個月來始終忘不了Susan的Mie，一直沒再交男朋友，

TEST 30.
        Henry likes fishing. He fishes in the river near his house. On Saturday afternoon, he goes down to the river with a little chair and soom sandwiches, and fishes until it is quite dark. There are always a few other people there. They love fishing too, and they all sit there quietly for hours. Sometimes they catch some fish, and sometimes they do not.
        Once Henry caught a big fish. He was very happy. All the other fisheman left their place and came to see his fish. One of them had a camera, so he took a photograph of Henry and his big fish. He still has the photograph on the wall of his room.

        Once there was a black and white cat. He was named Tom.
        One day he was asleep under a tree in the forest. Suddenly he was awaked by the song of a bird. Then he was very hungry. He wanted to have something good to eat .
        He looked around. He looked up at the blue sky and looked down at the green grass. Something was moving in the tree. It was a sparrow.
        He talked to the sparrow and asked it to be friends with him. When it came near, he caught the sparrow. He was going to eat it. The sparrow said, "No gentleman eats his dinner till he has washed his face."
        The cat was surprised to hear that. He began to wash his face with his paw, and the sparrow flew away.
        The cat was sorry to lose his dinner and said, "As long as I live, I will eat first and wash my face afterward."

 
TEST 25.
      Jim went to the doctor this morning. He likes apples very much and yesterday he ate too many green ones, so this morning he had a stomach-ache. When he came to breakfast he was crying. "What's the matter, Jim?" his mother said, "Why are you crying?" "My stomach hurts, Mother," he answered. "You ate too many apples yesterday," she said, "And they were green. Go see Dr. Jones. He will give you some medicine. You know his house." "Yes, Mother. I'll go by bus. And I don't want any breakfast now."

TEST 22.
        Yesterday was my fourteenth birthday. Father and Mother gave a nice patty for me. Five of my friends came to the party. Each of them gave me a wonderful present. Mother made me a big cake. Father bought me a bicycle. I was so excited that I could hardly sleep last night. I am going to go out by bicycle this afternoon.
TEST 23.
        Jane was very sorry that it was raining. She had planned to go on a picnic with her class at school. "Mother," said Jane, "I just hate rain, don't you?" Mother smiledd and asked, "Did you ever think of all the good the rain does? Do you remember what happened to your garden last year when you forgot to water it? How about the swimming pool at Grandma's when it has not rained for a long time? No person or  plant is happy for very long without rain." Jane was quiet a moment and then said, "Oh, Mother, I think the rain is doing good after all, even if it did spoil our picnic. We can plan another one for a sunny day."
